Job Title: IT Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains competitive

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security systems, database management, and cloud computing
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
