We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Horsens. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire information technology infrastructure and operations of our company. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning of all computer systems and networks, implementing new technological solutions, and providing technical support to all employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure and operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all computer systems and networks
- Implement new technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely resolutions
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards for the organization
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Experience implementing new technologies and systems within an organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical employees

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.
