IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Horsens. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Oversee the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of new technology systems
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage a team of IT professionals, delegating tasks and providing guidance when needed
- Maintain relationships with external vendors for technology support and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our company's systems

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of network design, security, database management, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the company
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CISSP
- Experience working in the contract job industry
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
