Part-Time Network and Systems Administrator


The Part-Time Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's network and systems in Horsens. This individual will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and provide technical support to employees. The ideal candidate will have experience with network administration, system maintenance, and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers and switches
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and file sharing
- Maintain backup systems to ensure data protection
- Conduct regular system updates and security checks
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Document network procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Proven experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently

Salary: 1100$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Horsens (Preference for Danish or EU citizenship)
