We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Horsens. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting our computer network and systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Perform system upgrades as necessary to keep our systems up-to-date
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies or processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience working as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently
