Network and Systems Administrator

The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and support of our company's network and systems. This includes ensuring the security, availability, and performance of all network components, servers, and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in both network administration and system administration tasks, along with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure network security through regular updates and patches
- Perform system administration tasks such as server installation, configuration, maintenance, and backups
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems or upgrades
- Provide technical support for employees with hardware or software issues
- Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
- Stay current with new technologies in the field of networking and system administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in network administration
- Experience with server installation, configuration, maintenance, and backups
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Knowledge of cloud-based services such as Office 365 or Google Apps
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: This position is located in Horsens but applicants from other cities within Denmark will also be considered.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at 1000$ per month depending on qualifications.
