IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Horsens. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Installing and configuring hardware, software, and networking equipment
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Maintaining accurate records of client issues and resolutions
- Providing training and support to clients on how to use various computer systems, software, and applications
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Horsens but may require occasional travel within the city or surrounding areas.
