Computer Support Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Horsens. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills to provide efficient and effective technical support to our clients. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing timely resolution to technical problems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems. The salary for this position is 1700$ per month, with accommodation provided. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is an urgent job opening that requires immediate availability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in computer support role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Proven experience in providing remote technical support
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries regarding technical issues through phone, email or chat support
- Troubleshooting hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Installing and configuring new computer systems for clients according to company standards
- Maintaining accurate records of all support activities using help desk software
- Providing timely resolution to technical problems by researching solutions or escalating issues when necessary
- Collaborating with team members to identify trends in technical issues and propose solutions for improving overall system performance
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies relevant to the job function
- Assisting with the testing and implementation of new hardware or software as needed
