Android Developer



We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in mobile development
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience developing native Android applications using Java or Kotlin
- Proficiency with Android SDK, RESTful APIs, and third-party libraries
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies such as Firebase or AWS
