Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Develop data models to identify trends and patterns
- Create reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through data analysis
- Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Analytics or related field
- Experience working with large datasets (100GB+)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
