Junior Web Designer

As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your main objective will be to assist the senior web designer in developing and maintaining various web projects. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that all designs are implemented accurately and meet the project requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of web design principles, as well as proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite. Previous experience is not required, but a keen eye for design and the ability to learn quickly are essential. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the senior web designer to create website designs that meet project requirements
- Use your knowledge of HTML and CSS to develop website layouts and implement design elements
- Work with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all completed projects before they go live
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and techniques
- Assist in maintaining existing websites by making updates and improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of web design principles
- Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is preferred but not required

Salary: $900/month (negotiable based on experience)
