Interpreter/Translator

We are currently hiring an experienced Interpreter/Translator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Interpreter/Translator, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between individuals who speak different languages. This includes translating spoken and written words from one language to another accurately and efficiently. You will be required to interpret legal, medical, technical, and other specialized terminology.

Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two languages (including English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cultural differences and sensitivity
- Ability to remain impartial and confidential
- Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an interpreter or translator
- Familiarity with translation software and tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Listen carefully to speakers' words and accurately interpret their meaning
- Translate written documents from one language into another
- Provide accurate interpretations during meetings, conferences, and interviews
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Research legal, medical, technical terms as needed
- Edit translations for grammar, punctuation, spelling errors
