Typesetter (Entry-Level)



We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Typesetter to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images to create visually appealing and readable materials such as books, magazines, brochures, and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use specialized software to format and arrange text and images according to design specifications
- Ensure accuracy of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and layout
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and clients to determine the best layout for materials
- Make necessary adjustments to meet client's preferences or design changes
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new software developments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in graphic design or typesetting is a plus
- Basic knowledge of typography principles and design concepts
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
