Online Consultant


As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main duty will be to assist clients in making informed decisions about products or services offered by our company. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our company's products and services
- Identify and resolve client issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards clients at all times
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in our company's offerings to better assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Utilize customer feedback to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong understanding of online platforms and social media channels
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude, with a desire to help others
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this part-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for non-local employees. We also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Horsens, Denmark. However, we are open to candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
