As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and guidance to clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time remote position with flexible working hours that offers competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Act as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide the best service to clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours on weekdays and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience working with clients from different cultures or backgrounds
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana
