Online Consultant
The Online Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. This individual must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns through email, chat, and other online channels
- Providing technical support for our products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online communication tools (email, chat, social media)
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Location: This role is based in Horsens but remote work options may be available for the right candidate.
Salary: $1500 per month
