Online Consultant
We are in search of a highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Horsens. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels, such as email, chat or social media, to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products or services
- Assist clients with technical issues and troubleshoot any problems they may encounter
- Manage and maintain client accounts and records with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal customer service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of online communication tools such as email, chat and social media platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Horsens. Candidates must have their own visa or be legally authorized to work in Denmark.
