We are searching for a passionate and skilled Moderator to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in the management of our online community, ensuring that all members adhere to the community guidelines and promoting positive interactions between members. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all content posted within the online community to ensure it aligns with community guidelines
- Engage with members to foster positive interactions and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Create and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a moderator or similar role is preferred

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
