As a Moderator, you will be responsible for managing discussions and interactions on our digital platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate discussions and interactions on our digital platforms
- Ensure all content posted by users complies with company policies and guidelines
- Engage with users in a professional and timely manner
- Identify potential issues or conflicts and escalate them to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in policies or guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with proven success in managing online communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and other digital channels
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism and empathy
- Fluency in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours as needed
