Job Title: Moderator - Event Coordinator
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Moderator - Event Coordinator to join our team in Horsens. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for our company. This is a full-time position that requires experience in event coordination and offers a competitive salary of 1000$.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and logistics
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure events meet company goals and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for events
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of event supplies and services
- Manage event registration process and communicate event details to attendees
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event coordination or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proven ability to manage budgets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of event planning software
