Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise and support in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. Your main focus will be on ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of facades, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with construction teams to provide technical guidance and ensure proper installation techniques are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting inspections of existing facades to identify any issues or areas in need of repair
- Collaborating with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that are both functional and visually appealing
- Providing technical guidance to construction teams during the installation process
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Conducting quality control checks on completed facade projects
- Maintaining accurate records of all facade installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation or maintenance process
- Staying updated on industry advancements and best practices related to facade installation and maintenance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade installation, maintenance, or repair
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to facades
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or areas in need of repair
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with construction teams, architects, engineers, and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for projects within the Horsens area
- Accommodation preference for on-site projects
