Moderator - Entry Level

As an Entry Level Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content on various platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online content such as comments, posts, and images on various platforms
- Ensure that all content complies with company guidelines and policies
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify potential issues or violations and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve moderation processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in moderation

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Horsens, Denmark
