Plasterer

As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. You will work with a variety of tools and techniques to achieve smooth and even surfaces, ensuring the structural integrity of the building. This role also involves preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying materials, and repairing any damaged areas. You will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects.

To be successful in this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and possess strong practical skills. You should be physically fit as this job may involve working at heights and in confined spaces. Previous experience in plastering is preferred but not required as we are open to training candidates who are willing to learn. However, you must have a passion for the trade and a willingness to work hard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes or cracks, cleaning the surface, etc.
- Mix and apply various types of plaster using trowels and other tools.
- Level and smooth plaster using hand or power tools.
- Repair any damaged areas or imperfections in the plaster.
- Work with other tradespeople to coordinate projects.
- Adhere to safety standards at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Excellent practical skills with an eye for detail.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid work permit/visa if non-EU citizen.
