Solar Installer



As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design specifications
- Ensure proper grounding and wiring of solar panel systems
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with existing systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Keep accurate records of materials used, time spent on each project, and any issues encountered
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in solar panel installation preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
