As a Preservation Architect, you will play a vital role in preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Horsens, Denmark. Your main responsibility will be to assess the condition of historical sites and develop plans for their preservation and restoration. You will also be responsible for coordinating with construction teams and overseeing the implementation of preservation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical sites to determine their condition and identify any preservation needs
- Develop detailed plans for preserving and restoring historical buildings, taking into consideration budget constraints and local regulations
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that preservation projects are implemented according to plans
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other architects, engineers, and historians to gather information and make informed decisions on preservation strategies
- Stay updated on current preservation techniques and materials to ensure the best practices are used in projects
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and community members regarding preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Experience working on restoration or conservation projects for historic buildings preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and historic preservation guidelines in Horsens
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough assessments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
