We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Horsens. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial building projects from conception to completion. Your duties will include creating and presenting design proposals, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project
- Create detailed design proposals that meet the client's requirements and budget
- Present design proposals to clients, making necessary revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with contractors to ensure all designs are feasible and can be implemented within the given budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that all work meets building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction process, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
