Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Horsens. Your main role will be to manage a team of architects and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, conducting site visits, and liaising with clients to address any concerns or changes to the design. In addition, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations in order to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills and have a keen eye for detail. You should also have a deep understanding of architectural concepts, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented attitude

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Horsens (willingness to relocate preferred)
