Part-Time Architecture Manager

As a Part-Time Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects for our company in Horsens. You will work closely with our team of architects to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations. This position is ideal for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule and has a passion for both architecture and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Collaborate with architects to develop design concepts, plans, and specifications
- Review project budgets and track expenses
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architecture or project management
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Hours: This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be expected to work approximately 20 hours per week.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location: This position is based in Horsens but may require occasional travel to project sites within the city or surrounding areas.
