We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the design and construction process for various architectural projects
- Create and present design proposals to clients
- Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and project progress
- Supervise junior architects and other team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesion and efficiency in project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
