We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Horsens. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our architectural projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve overseeing design development, construction documentation, and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for non-Danish nationals. Accommodation is not provided. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from initial concept to final completion
- Oversee design development, construction documentation, and project budgeting
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Lead a team of architects and designers by providing guidance, direction, and support
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, codes, and advancements in technology
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture with proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards project goals
- Sound knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid work permit for Denmark (or ability to obtain one)
