Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, including creating conceptual designs, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with contractors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects
- Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance on technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other similar software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members

Preference will be given to candidates who possess:

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
