English Language Teacher

We are in search of a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of language learning methodologies. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and providing feedback and support to students. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with students of varying ages and levels.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective lesson plans based on language learning objectives
- Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to engage students in the learning process
- Evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, and other assessments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes participation and growth
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching English as a second language
- Strong understanding of language learning methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Patient and adaptable to different learning styles
- Ability to work with students of varying ages and levels
