Nurse Supervisor


The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff at our healthcare facility in Horsens. This includes providing leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the nursing staff, including assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations.
- Ensure that all nursing staff adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient patient care.
- Provide training and development opportunities to the nursing team.
- Oversee patient care plans and monitor patient progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and staffing schedules.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families regarding their care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
