We are in need of a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with our team of chefs and kitchen staff to create unique and delicious menus that cater to our customers' preferences.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Create menus and recipes that align with customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Creativity in menu planning and recipe development
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in food safety or culinary arts
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume establishment

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1600 per month.
