We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$, and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu creation to food preparation and presentation. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure high quality and consistency in all dishes served.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and train a team of kitchen staff. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that showcase local ingredients and reflect current culinary trends
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality in all dishes
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions if necessary
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with restaurant manager on budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques
- Ability to create menus that balance creativity with profitability
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
