Assistant Restaurant Manager
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Horsens. You will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of servers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided for non-local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
- Assist with scheduling staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or relevant position
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
