Contract Restaurant Manager in Horsens



We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Horsens. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, and customer service.
- Create work schedules for employees and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Train and develop staff in all areas of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and health and safety standards.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials.
- Work with suppliers to order ingredients and supplies within budget guidelines.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health code regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate employees.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be flexible with schedule availability, including weekends and evenings.
