Restaurant Manager (European Cuisine)
We are in search of a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our European cuisine restaurant in Horsens. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain budget to ensure profitability
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and oversee food quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a European cuisine restaurant is preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience managing inventory, ordering, and budgeting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
