Our busy coffee shop in Horsens is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Barista to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the art of making coffee and has a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry. This is an entry-level position, making it perfect for someone without prior experience who is looking to start their career as a Barista.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and ensuring that customers have a positive experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of cafe, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles

Requirements:
- Strong passion for coffee-making and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail when preparing orders
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with flexible working hours. As our cafe operates 7 days a week, including holidays, candidates must be willing to work weekends as needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, with the potential for an increase based on performance.
