As a Head Chef at our modern restaurant in Horsens, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations. You will lead and manage a team of passionate chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring that high-quality dishes are consistently served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff on cooking techniques, menu items, and food safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
- Supervise kitchen staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Uphold strict sanitation standards in the kitchen to ensure a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and plating presentations
- Creativity in menu development with a focus on using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills are an asset)

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or higher position
- Hold necessary certifications (e.g. food handling certificate)

Salary: 1700$ per month
