Job Title: Instrument Technician

As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of instruments used in various industrial processes. You will work with a team of engineers and technicians to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair instruments such as sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with electrical systems and instrumentation equipment. You must also be able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments and control systems according to manufacturers' guidelines
- Calibrate instruments using specialized tools and software
- Troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Perform preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with engineers to design solutions for complex instrument-related problems
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on instruments
- Train junior technicians on instrument maintenance procedures
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in instrumentation technology

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Proficient in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and instrumentation equipment functionality
- Experience with installing, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing various types of instruments including sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control systems
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

Salary: 1400$ per month.

Location: Horsens, Denmark (open to candidates from other nationalities but must have valid work permit)
