Warehouse Worker Supervisor

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Horsens. As a Warehouse Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse workers and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of goods. Your role will involve coordinating with other departments, managing inventory, and ensuring that all warehouse procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of warehouse workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in the warehouse
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed by warehouse staff
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment usage
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and arrange for repairs when needed
- Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Worker or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Biometric passport preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed
