We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Horsens. As a growing construction company, we are looking for freshers with a passion for the industry and the drive to learn and grow in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Construction Manager in planning and managing construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
- Participate in site visits and conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or risks
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in construction management preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
