Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Horsens. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any issues or delays promptly
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other project workers
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, permits, contracts, change orders, etc.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract job with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for a work permit.
