Your main duties will include reading blueprints, measuring and aligning workpieces, and operating welding equipment safely and efficiently.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of different welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. You should also possess good hand-eye coordination and physical strength to handle heavy materials. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.
