We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant with expertise in biometric identification to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office operations and providing support to our team by utilizing your knowledge of biometric technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings
- Utilize your expertise in biometric identification to assist with the development and implementation of security measures
- Provide administrative support to our team by preparing reports, organizing files, and responding to inquiries
- Conduct training sessions for staff on biometric technology and best practices for its use
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in biometric identification technology and make recommendations on its implementation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience working as an Office Assistant or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of biometric identification technology including biometric passports and ID cards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.
