A high-end restaurant in Horsens, Denmark is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our customers. You must have a passion for the art of pastry making and be knowledgeable in various techniques and ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and appealing dessert menus that complement our main dishes
- Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes or personal creativity
- Ensure all desserts are visually appealing and presented in an appetizing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of desserts to customers
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- Proficient in various techniques such as baking, decorating, molding, etc.
- Knowledgeable in different types of ingredients, flavors, and presentation styles
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per week, depending on experience.
