Land Surveyor

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact locations, boundaries, and elevation of land or features. You will use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations to collect data and create accurate maps, plans, and reports. You may also work with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure that projects comply with legal requirements and regulations. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques and equipment
- Record and analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by double-checking measurements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and government officials to verify project requirements
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Adhere to legal requirements and regulations when conducting surveys
- Maintain surveying equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
- Travel to various sites for field work as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using GPS receivers and total stations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret legal descriptions of land boundaries
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Valid driver's license
