Part-Time Sales Manager

As a Part-Time Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue in the Horsens area. Your main duties will include managing a team of sales representatives, developing strategies to increase sales, and building relationships with clients to promote our products and services. This is a part-time position, suitable for both men and women, with the option of accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for growth
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Train new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and achievements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent in Danish (preferred) or English
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1500$ per month.
