Sales Manager - Horsens, Denmark
A reputable retail company in Horsens, Denmark is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales and the ability to lead a team towards success.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets through effective leadership, coaching, and development of the sales team. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to reach their full potential
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. We also provide training opportunities for career growth.
